At Maison du Corbeau, every item is carefully curated, crafted with intention, and infused with magic. Due to the nature of our products—many of which are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or made-to-order—we have the following policies in place:

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but due to the unique and often delicate nature of our offerings, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that sometimes things happen. Please review our policy below:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item (if available) or offer store credit/refund.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work to correct the issue at no additional cost.

  • Final Sale Items: Due to their nature, ritual kits, candles, apothecary items, subscription boxes, and customized/personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Refunds are granted only in the following cases:

  • An item arrives damaged beyond use, and a replacement is not available.

  • A package is lost in transit (subject to carrier investigation and resolution).

  • A processing error on our end prevents your order from being fulfilled.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Pre-orders are final after 24 hours, as they are reserved and allocated for you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Maison du Corbeau is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If your package is missing, check with your local carrier or file a claim with them.
