Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Timeline: All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our studio with intention and care. As we work with independent artisans and curate limited-edition collections, processing times may vary.

  • Pre-Orders: If you are purchasing a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be listed in the product description. For The May Queen’s Blessing Box (Beltane Box), orders will begin shipping on April 22 to ensure arrival before Beltane.

  • Processing Time: In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days after purchase.

  • Custom or Handmade Items: Some handcrafted or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Carriers: We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options for both domestic and international orders.

  • U.S. Orders:

    • Flat Rate Shipping: $10-20 (based on weight)

    • Orders Over $100: Free U.S. shipping

    • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (1-5 days)

  • International Orders:

    • Shipping rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

    • Shipped via USPS International, Pirate Ship, or DHL Express (6-14 days depending on location and carrier)

Packaging & Sustainability: At Maison du Corbeau, we believe in creating an enchanting unboxing experience while staying mindful of our environmental impact.

  • Orders are packaged in eco-friendly boxes with recyclable or biodegradable materials whenever possible.

  • Each box is designed to reflect the magic and artistry of our brand, with hand-wrapped details and special surprises.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: We strive to ensure all packages arrive safely, but once they leave our hands, we cannot control carrier delays or mishandling.

  • All shipments include tracking numbers, which will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • If your package is delayed, please allow extra time, especially during peak seasons.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at maisonducorbeauandcompany@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we recommend purchasing Route or Shippo insurance at checkout for added protection.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our curated and handmade collections, all sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
